You can log in to multiple accounts on multiple platforms. File sending is made possible with cloud services like CloudApp and doplr.
You can switch between chat windows by tapping on the top left button. Swiping left/right lets you view all opened windows.

In my opinion, only get this app if you really really like the interface and is a hardcore chatter on the mentioned IM platforms cos $2.99 is quite a high price for a simple app like this.
